| Encapsulation of fragrances in metal-organic microsystems for controlled release in textiles | |
|---|---|
| Duration 02/09/2008 - 02/05/2010 |
| Scope Commercialisation Project |
| Summary The objective of this project is to develop systems of micro and nano-encapsulation of fragrances and softeners by chemical methods |
| More Information Development of a systems of micro and nano-encapsulation of fragrances and softeners by chemical methods, mainly by interfacial polymerisation processes (interfacial polycondensation or interfacial coacervation of a polymer). As a result, it is expected to get capsules with particular properties in terms of stability, safety, adherence in textile, long lasting release at a uniform rate, olfactive performance and efficiency in dry textile, and reduced costs, similar or even better than those actually available in the market. |
